Below is a list of design and planning services we offer. Starting prices are listed, but we customize packages for each individual couple’s needs. Let’s chat to find the package that works best for you!
This is the all-inclusive option! With eMBee’s Full Event Design and Coordination, we’ll be your partners for every step. We’ll begin meeting right away, and we will help you, your fiancée, and your families to select the right venue, vendors, and vision to fit your priorities, taste, and budget. We’ll talk about everything from flowers to favors, garb to getaway cars, hors d’ouevres to honeymoons.
We’ll help you develop (and stick to) a budget, research and negotiate with vendors, book and coordinate décor elements, and schedule meetings with your entire team to ensure that your wedding is as dreamy and drama-free as can be! Full Event Design and Coordination includes all elements of Partial and Wedding Month Coordination.
eMBee’s Partial Planning package is for the couple who has a vision (and might have even booked some vendors already), but want assistance with timeline, budgets, vendor contracts, and negotiations.
This package also includes a little help with the event design details (hello, shared Pinterest board!), to make your vision a reality. Of course, it also includes all Month/Day Of Coordination services, as listed in that package (including all the smiling)!
eMBee’s Wedding Month (“Day Of”) Coordination option is for the couple who have already booked their major vendors (or want to do these things themselves) and feel comfortable handling most major aspects of event design as well as budget and timeline management.
With this package, we help you execute the details! We will begin meeting with you 6 weeks prior to your wedding to review all aspects of your day and set a timeline to ensure that the only thing you worry about is whether your face will ever stop twitching from smiling.
We are also proud to offer a unique option in the industry: a design consultation program. This program is for the couple who isn’t yet sure what type of wedding they want. Blank slates can be intimidating for newly-engaged couples, but our mission with this plan is to make them fun!
This is a month-to- month service with no minimum commitment required; with it, we devote approximately 15 total hours per month to learning about you, cultivating a sense of your style, and providing curated recommendations about the aesthetics of your wedding design. We’ll keep working until you’re settled on a design choice you can carry forward into your planning!
